Hi Ralph,
Greetings from South India. I was looking through your lovey fotos. Especially those taken in north india. Its a pity you never ventured into the south. You must make sure that you do that in the near future. In my case after 25 long years in England I am now enjoying every minute of my stay here after my return. I was lucky enough to utilise my years in Europe to the full. Now its time to polish and enjoy my spiritual side - in mystical indian style. Thas enough 4 now. Take care and good luck !

I am lucky -my daughter is a doctor!
I will take your advice - it looks as though we will go in February next year. She says sharm - but I think I prefer quieter dahab...if there enough for children to have fun also!

The scan/presentation here seems to be slightly out-of-focus but hope the original is not, this picture could do quite well in international photographers contests. The beam, puddle and uneasy post are entities enhancing the scene and situation, quite powerful religious symbols too, the picture is all about faith and endurance. I like it very much.
