Congratulations.
I am amazed by this wonderful picture that you posted. Thanks for bringing it to the forum. It simply deserves the picture of the month status.

Congratulations to your third "best-picture-of-the-month"! There were many of your pictures by my view that deserve the award, you have not only discovered a new beautiful world, but also photographed it correctly!

Gloria, thanks for caring. Fortunately an Indian woman in a pharmacy in Nairobi gave me some miraculous drops and they worked. During some time after my African journey I listened by telephone only through my right ear, but now I hear OK through both ears. The insect drilled and ate the eardrum and went on further into my ear, but the eardrum has been reproduced. Take care in your next journeys to India, Cambodia, etc. (Btw, I hanged a few pictures about Egypt in an album inspired by your interesting reports and nice pictures, and I mention you at the introduction. Maybe your cruise crossed my felucca!).
Best

Hi Gloria,
Thanks for reading my report about Peru and for your nice words. You are very kind.
Unfortunately I had to leave China forever. She asked me to wait for her in Tingo Maria, but I kept silence. At that time travel was my first love.
Hasta la vista.

your photos from china

those photos have got to be some of the most breath taking views...i must know, did you use some sort of a filter while taking those photos? They are absolutely incredible. Also, I have yet to search through your site, but how would one arrive in that exact location in china?
thanks

Very happy to note that you are visiting India next Jan. We're hoping to be back in India (for good) by then, if everything goes as planned.
If you are visiting or flying in to Chennai/Bangalore please keep me posted. I have family there and maybe we could meet up.
Good luck with your journey. Hope you enjoy it.
Best Regards

Agra/Golden Triangle

Gloria,
Please let me know how you liked your trip when you return. It sounds wonderful! We are thinking about some of the same places.
We can't go until July because my daughter is in college and has classes up to June 30th. Right now our thoughts are to fly into Mumbai, go to Ajanta and Ellora caves (2 days), then on to Upaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur and Agra, then Delhi and then possibly north to Amritsar. We only have two weeks so we may not be able to cover all that.
I am still learning - India has so much to offer!
