Congratulations - Globo engagement.

Hi Farnaz
As one of your first friends on Globo, I'm delighted to be able to congratulate you and Bagher (Shervin19) on your engagement. In spite of your comment in your profile, I think this may be the first that many members hear of it and I know that all your many friends here will be as thrilled as I am.
Cheers
David

Great time in Iran
Posted: 2008-05-11 02:51 PM
Yes, I enjoyed Iran indeed. I loved Yazd the most, I think for the tea on the roofs of the traditional hotels, the tranquility and the company. Although I met some great people in Isfahan, too.
I have pre-written the reports whilst on the road, together with the travel logs, so I just need to edit them appropriately and select the most corresponding photos. It should not take me too long, I hope. However, being back at work after two weeks will probably be a little hectic...
I think I have now selected the photographs for the upload. They will be appearing soon - but some of them can be viewed on my personal website.
Kind regards
Krys

farnza, You are right, I meant islamic cover. How much should this be observed by tourists?

The thing that withholds me from visiting Iran is the dress code. Otherwise I would long have visited Iran.

wind tower

farnaz thanks for your prompt answer. I saw wind towers in Mumbai and in Tanzania. I did not know they were in Iran too. Nice to see you posting photos again, I always enjoy looking at them and one day I may see all those places myself.
