Dushanbe - Tajikistan, (( Kulyabskaya Oblast' )) In the past Tajikistan was depending on their neighbor Uzbekistan for electricity. These days a big reservoir is being built that also will allow the poor country to export electricity to Afghanistan and Pakistan in the south.
