If you need letters from exotic countries you will be more successful posting interest in our group "Pen Pals" http://www.globosapiens.net/pen-pals-group
or contact one of our members in a particular country from that group. I think the idea of pen-fiends is a TWO-WAY thing. You will need to send them letters too, " I am sure it will not cost much" :-)
