Hi Richard,
Let me know when you have written your reports on tanzania, I would love to read them.
Climbing kilimanjaro is the ultimate thing one can do, i have heard. But the way up the mountain is a bit crowded, is this true.

Re your report on Livingstone Club

It was interesting to read your report on the hotel. I've never stayed there, but I have stayed at the hotel next door, Bagamoyo beach resort several times between 1995 and 2002. It is cheaper, more basic, but very cosy. It's run by a french couple, and they serve a delicious sea food fondue.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for reading my Morogoro journal. You had your camera swiped at mama Pierna's. We had a similar experience but I did not want to mention it in the report as it may frighten people. When we were there we witnessed an armed robbery. No harm was done to us as we had gone to our room just before it happened. Some shots were fired, no one was hurt, but two Belgian tourists were robbed of all there cash, credit cards, tickets etc.
Where did you go?
regards
marianne
