I noticed that sometimes members reverse CAPTION(title) and COMMENT(description) because only the title shows up in slideshows. I think the photographers comment is a very important part of a photograph, if there is none then that is important too. Can we have the photographers comment (even member comments) shown in the slideshows? Perhaps we could have a buttons that switch these on or off? This is not a new suggestion, see also http://www.globosapiens.net/topic-photo-album-suggestion_29_260_0000.html Also, I think the album (slideshow) section should be free of advertising. There are two things which have been done right now: - Picture comments are now also inside the slide show - Once you are loged in, there is no advertisement inside the album Especially point 2 is interesting I believe. Some of you might already have noticed that since a few days after you login there is very little advertisement. I am curious if this might potentialy lead to more people loged in. That makes so much difference! Adding the photographers commentry will be much appreciated I think. Great is that one can select the speed of the show whether one wants to enjoy in detail and read the comments or just scan the show to look at the images. The advertising was very distracting here, I don't mind it anywhere else on the website, advertising is important to keep member costs down. I still hope that the other suggestions can be incorperated eventualy in the future. A new suggestion: Vertical "portrait" images should be minimised to the same height of horizontal ("landscape") pictures? My system running at an already high 1280x1024, only parts of them are shown on my screen during a slideshow!
