About 4 Mio. inhabitants and the ritchest city in Mexico. There are still a lot of poor people and tons of kids begging. As flights to the US are cheaper than to Mexico we landed in Houston and took the Greyhound to Monterrey. It´s still a long busride down to Mexico D.F.

Not very touristic - it´s not much to see there. People are friendly and a bit curious about meeting foreigners.

Some nice and small restaurant downtown where Fidel Castro went to when he stayed in Monterrey with Che. Forgot the name.
