I had a very short trip to India and had a chance to only visit New Delhi and Agra but this journey left a piece of my heart to India. My dream would be go back and stay in this country for few months in order to see and experience all its wonders.

Hmmm, general description... Its very difficult, cause I spent so little time there and still the variety of places and people was so big. New Delhi was very big city, with no pavement streets, the monkeys were sitting in the top of the trees, cows were searching food in the carbage, the elephants were usual on city streets, some people slept on the streets, the taxi drivers on top of their car - this was all they had.

Favourite spots: |
Taj Mahal of course. An amazing monument! So fragile and yet so monumental. Its so beautiful and inspired me somehow. The monument of love...it felt great to be next to it.

What's really great: |
People. I had a business visit but still all the meetings were very warm and I always felt welcome in their houses and offices. The food of course! Markets, villages outside the city. Weather was warm and nice (in October when in Estonia it already snowed, there it was nice and warm:).

Sights: |
Taj Mahal. Villages on the way from New Delhi to Agra.

|
Accommodations: |
I stayed in 5star hotel. It was called Taj Mahal and it was very nice. But for packpackers...I have no idea where to stay.

|
Restaurants: |
Ohh, food is great there. I went to restaurant called Bukhara. The food was so special there. It was pure meat and very many different sauces, the rice and salad. Recommend it highly!
