Hello Vanitha,
Thank you for the interest in visiting River Godavari. I am sure you will have great time.
Few things:
1. The best time to visit is the period between October and February. The months of July-Sep are known to have heavy rains and floods. In Summer you would not have a lot of water.
2. Your airport or train station is going to be Rajahmundry. That is also where you can have accomodation possibilities.
3. Hotel River Bay or Hotel Anand Regency are very good. I stay in Anand Regency when I travel myself.

These hotels are good, have positive reputation and experienced in Godavari tours.
4. Both these hotels operate day trips and house boats for the river cruise.
