Hello, Anna. It is great to see you online as a member of globosapiens. I lived on Vashon from 1979 - 1981. I worked at K2 for about a year, then I did long-term substitute teaching in Tacoma and at Vashon High School. ALthough he probably does not remember me, one of my acquaintances was Mick Guglemo, the wrestling coach at the high school. My wife and I lived on the west side of the island, near an old motel that was turned into apartments. Anyway, it is awesome to know someone who lives in my old stomping grounds.
