I don't have any personal experience that could help. I think the best way would be for you to put a message asking for help in the Asia or general travel Advice forums/a.
The other way sometimes is to get the home page, click on the continent you want on the map, then on the name of the country and then on members and see if anybody is likely to have local knowledge - only I have done that for you this time and we have one member who is apparently English - called Kevin - in Tibet. He is on the 6th page of members and if you click on his name you will get his site. It's just possible that you might get a reply if you send him a message - though don't hold your breath!

I made that mistake. He's on the 6th page of CHINA. Sorry - Ishould have told you. If you click on himm there you'll get his web page.

Hi Hayley
Welcome to Globo. It's always good to see a new member coming from Yorkshire, although one of the best features of this site is its multi-national membership.
You will find a lot in the forums/a about using the site, if you need it. However do feel free to contact me or others directly - it's very friendly here.
