The first document about creating a harbour in Hamburg was signed in 1189. Since then the city growth by and with the port. For a long time it was the jobmachine of the city and thousands of workers got their existence here. But this changed nowadays and the technical development can be seen extremly at the modern containerterminals.
Time goes by but each harbour in the world will show a window to the people and their thoughts and their storys. Thats what makes us equal, all around the world.
