Great place to stay in Dubrovnik. I had a room in the house located in the old town. Was very clean, quiet, safe and not so expensive as for high season - 25 eur per person per night. more

Lokanda Peskarija
Another perfect location beyond the city walls of Dubrovnik. This a a great place to sample some of the local seafood specilaities. The dishes ususlly either risoto or a pot of mussels, prawns etc. During the day lunch time is spend dinning alfresco, but during the evening you are enteretained in the dark wood surroundings amongst tourists as well as locals. more
Cafe Buza
I found just two bars on the cliff face beyond the wall of the city. And it is a perfect location. The best thing was to watch the cliff jumpers. But to be fair the setting is magical. more
Outer walls
An excellent place to get a cold drink when exploring the city. It sometimes fills like a maze to get to this place but it is well worth it. The views are great and it' just so nice to take some time out from sightseeing. more

Place is situated about a nice ten minute walk from the old Dubrovnik centre.
Owner is a friendly helpful man who speaks various languages. more
