This is a gem, although all but two references on Google's engine seem to originate with me! It is right by the bus stop in a tiny Pyrrenean village, more often called Echo than hecho these days. I experienced great consideration here although the knowledgeof English is a bit slender. Worry not. English speakers will be summoned to translate if necessary. The food is excellent.
