If you don't know what you are in for [I suspect most do] it must seem really like a trip back in time as you emerge from the station after a ride in the historic train [see tip under Palma de Mallorca] to see an ancient tram rattling down to its platform ready for the trip down to the port.
Half hourly in summer and hourly in winter.
