The little village of Harford, up the Erme from Ivybridge and with a stretch of open moor to the north is remote enough but that's just the start of a long walk if you want to see the longest bronze Age stone row on record.
You will need a good map to locate the row which runs from a stone circle at the south end [Grid ref 645625] for well over 3000m to a cairn on Green Hill. [678637]
