Thailand's largest seated Buddha's by eirekay

Ayutthaya - Thailand, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Viharn Phra Mongkon Bophit houses Thailand's largest seated Buddha, cast in bronze. Three stories high, direct center in this pic is the Buddha's knee. The Buddha was originally housed outdoors but this Viharn was retored in 1957 and the Buddha was covered in gold leaf in 1990 as part of a celebration of the Queen's 60th Birthday.
