At least this is what my SW is telling. I did also double check this with another image I uploaded. Maybe this is a bug in Iphoto? Did you try irfanview or others? (mac panther, firefox 2.0.0.1) The picture isn't shown entirely the pop up window is not big enough. Thanks for looking into when you are at work again. That was a hidden one! :-) I have fixed it. It appeared only if a member had a premium account that has expired which resulted in additional advertisement that obviously cut off space from the picture. Please check it out now and let me know how it works for you.
