hola Ralph, gracias for writting me.
I plan to visit the Wakhan corridor and some parts of Tadjikistan next year, using burros and walking. That is indeed a wild area.
I found some kind of jobs in Barcelona, occasionally, but that helps me to organize some adventure trips from time to time, such as Wakhan in burros (with a friend), Tibesti mountains on foot, unknown places in the Karakalpakastan republic, etc.
All the best
Hasta la vista

Yes, London looks very gloomy at the moment, too. The weather forecast for Greece looks great - sunshine and 25C.
We'll be flying into Athens and have hired a car, so a stop athe canal of Corinth is definitely on the list.
The first night we'll be spending near Nafplio, which is supposed to be very beautiful, and the plan is to visit Epidaurus and Mycenae before going to Koroni. We'll also be visiting Olympia, Sparta, Mystra and Monemvasia if everything goes to plan and some of the places on the west coast, like Methoni and Pylos. At the end we've got a day and a half in Athens.
just had another look at your photos from Mani as we are going to the Peloponnese this Saturday for 8 days. We'll be staying in the Messina region near Koroni but I'm hoping to visit some of the places you went to as well.
Can't wait.

Hi Ralph,
Another fine compilation of bridge pics from around the world, you captured the Glenfinnan Viaduct nicely as well. All the best, Fred.

Thanks for the info re: butterflies/moths, I now see the difficulty of explaining the difference, if any, between them, I have spent the past hour studying references and I could not explain the difference, except in perception or learned memory. Cheers, Tony.
