Nice to hear from you! I have just returned from a trip around Balkan states and have a lot of stuff to publish :) Moreover got a Premium account, so I try to upload some of my pictures now.
I really liked the picture of the bridge with your son. It's really great. To be honest - one of the best photographs I have ever seen (although I'm not an expert). It's so metaphorical. If it was up to me I would make it the Picture of the Month.
thanks for your vote on my report. Yes, Colombia changes to a very stable state which could be visited but still it's cool because the number of visitors is low. Shure, all common rules for big cities apply here.

Hitchiking is fun, I've done myself, too - ages ago and it felt like freeeeedom :). I suppose you travelled around Maramures or the Western Carpatians, it is kinda hobbit-land, isn't it? Have a great day,
