You have to be over 60 and under 68 for me to call you that - it's OK; not many on the site can!
Welcome to this very friendly site with a truly international membership. I hope you get as much pleasure from it as I do.
I have done a guide on using the site for new members on the FAQ forum. However, if you ask any questions on Open Board or there, you are sure of a ready response.
