Djibouti - Djibouti, Djibouti Cafes run by the locals, like this one under the arches, sold bottled softdrinks ten times cheaper than the colonialists' venues. Seriously - Coke would cost there 40 to 50 francs, and the cafes run by the Europeans charged 400 to 700 francs!
