Venice is stunning! It is unique and extremely picturesque. The canals, the gondolas, the gondoliers, the colourful palaces, the bridges... Even those buildings along the very narrow canals, which had lost their facades' colours, look exceptionally photogenic. When it rains, the city really seems to be sinking with water flowing on the narrow passages. And when the sun comes out, the colours of the grand mansions and the arches of the many bridges make such a great picture. No special skills are required to take some excellent shots.
