A modern hotel on the edge of the dunes, although not right on them, and with no view of the Sahara. It had a nice pool, which was also a major watering hole for countless sparrows and blue doves. Rooms are of good size and comfortable. Air conditioning feels efficient. Normal amenities like colour TV and phones, as well spotless tiled bathrooms complete with necessary toiletries, as expected at this standard of hotels. I think it has ****. Restaurant not very fancy, but buffet dinners with plenty of choice, including very good selection of fruit. Flamboyant lobby. Not too expensive - a large double room with an extra sofa and a sitting area was £40 in March 2010, and that included buffet breakfast.
