Nasty stinking city of garbage's by lolaney

Naples - Italy, Campania This picture was taken awhile back, but nothing has changed since then. It's now been 1 yr and 6 months (Aug. 2006) since garbage pickup ceased to exist in Naples Italy. Only temporary solutions have been made for clean up. How much longer can this go on until people start getting sick and dying?
