Prague - Czech Republic, Hlavni Mesto Praha This black-glass building is in between Hlavni Nadrazi (main train station) and the National Museum (on Wenceslas Square). In 1973 it became the Communist Parliament (with nuclear shelters). It was here that in November 1989, the then Prime Minister accepted the demands of the Velvet Revolution; dialogue with Václav Havel, which would lead to a newly formed government. Havel rented the building to Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty for 1Kc per year for as long as they would use the building. They are still there.
