I stayed in Seoul Station Guesthouse which was really central and cheap. It has only been open for a month so everything is still fresh and new. They have dorms as well as rooms with en-suite facilities. They were very nice and spoke English well. Seoul Station Guesthouse is a newly built guesthouse and was only opened last month, they offers basic rooms, dorm beds and free Wi-Fi, a 2-minute walk from Chungjeongno Subway Station (lines 2 (exit 3) and 5) and an 800-metre walk from Seoul Train Station.
