Delft is famous for its blue-and-white ceremics and its three Delftware factories make the town a popular tourist destination. Narrow canals and stone footbridges line the streets. The Nieuwe Kerk (New Church) looms large over the Market Place. The burial vaults of the Dutch Royal family are in the crypt.
