I really would like to give it 5 thumbs up! Their seafood in incomparable. For $8 the seafood platter, complete with giant shrimps is unbelievable. In low season, the restaurant may open only on weekends, but it is so fabulous that it worth going there specifically for dinner, and their tables overlook the ocean with perfect sunset views. Many people go there from Trujillo only for dinner! more
Hostal Bracamonte
I put it in mid range, but for $25-$35 a fabulous room by the squeaky clean swimming pool and the rooms complete with hot showers and comfy beds it is really an excellent value. It is close to the beach and the personnel is exceptionally friendly. Their drinks, pancakes and fruit salads are unbelievable. more
