The reflections bring together the myriad variety of the surrounding colors and subtle tones on a single surface: Nature's own painting method? The timing of the photo is perfect; an oblique back lighting of the fountains brings them to life while the grace and elegance of the building behind is muted in bright shade making it complimentary rather than intrusive.
