Hi Jane,
I like the new oicture of yourself. Where was it taken? The building looks like the British Museum but I don't think it is this museum.
I hope you got an impression of the accommodation in the International Students house.
You asked about the Generator. I stayed there once with 20 of our students. This wa not a very good experience. This palce is huge, I think they can accommodate as many as 500 guests. It is just one milling crowd. Groups of people come in at any time of night, that is no problem, but it becomes a problem when they are so loud and wake everybody. When I got out of my room in the morning a bunch of people had been sleeping in the corridor. Of course they are not allowed to do so but once security has done its round it is easy to go back to what you were doing. Only go there when you are desparate. We stayed there for fout nights and every night it was he same. I don't know if I was just unlucky or if this is standard practice.

Thanks for the beautiful message you sent, I treasure it! I am excited about your upcoming trip, and I have posted some guide entries for Barcelona and London... especially be sure to eat at La Crema Canela, my most favorite restaurant in Barcelona. I will be putting up more guides as I have time... you're going to have a wonderful trip, and I can't wait to hear all about it.
