thanks for rating my report. I went to Tunesia a few years back and agree, there are a lot of similarities, but Marrakech has more of a 'fairytale' feel about it, you really feel like you are stepping back in time. And it's a lot more chaotic - but in a good way!

I'd like to get more time to post new pictures but I am unfortunately too busy with my students and my translation duties.
it took some days but today it's sunday and I find the time to thank you for signing my guestbook. Well, in NZ it's easy to take good photos - you find great spots everywhere.

Amanda,
I really enjoyed your slideshow on the Eden Project - what a marvelous undertaking. The contrast between the clay pit and the finished project is amazing. This is our future, especially global warming continues. The shots were great on their own but as a slide show, the point really comes across!

Amanda,
How is the hard drive? I've been through this and even living in Silicon Valley, it's not easy to get the help you need to recover everything! I hope nothing was lost - that is soooo frustrating. I need to start burning things to CD myself.
Thanks for your kind word on my slideshow. It is one of my favorite parts of the country and any excuse to hike is good with me:-)
