"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."

forgot to mention Niagra... it is really beautiful from the Canadian side and should be seen on July 4th with the fireworks!!
Surprisingly, I also figured that my dear friend who introduced me here... happens to be pretty familiar to you.. I chanced to see that he has signed Ur guestbook, right before I did.... He is none other than "Ravinderkumarsi".

Thanks for your note.
Speaking of me...I have been born and brought up in Jamshedpur, India, spent around 7 years of my life at Kanpur, first studying(IITK) and then after wedding.
Lived in Bangalore, Bhubhaneshwar, Pune, Chennai.
In the USA, I lived in Omaha for a while, a couple of years in Bloomington, (Indiana), and now at College Station.
I have a little kid and it has been a while since we travelled.
Some of the places visited include.. Chicago, Detroit, Orlando, almost the whole of Indiana, a little bit of Texas, Charleston in USA, Pokhra and Khatmandu in Nepal.
Puri-Konark, Nainital, Khajuraho in India.
Have been to a bunch of other places in India but most of those were religious trips to temples.
It is fascinating to see a wonderful website with lots of travel entries and beautiful pictures.
Guess I should thank my "friend" who introduced me to this website.

I like your current series of pics, you have a good collection now uploaded. There are but only three pics where it is so important a person be in the picture and I rate those very high:
www.globosapiens.net/pottendorfer/picture-joshua-park-20889.html is fantastic. Without you in the picture one would not know the size of the bolders. A perfect photo, underrated!
