thank you for reading my report... and also the 5*. that's very supportive.
The girl in the picture... unfortunately it's not me. but i wish to have that smile always in my face.
i'm way older than she is. I took the picture last year.
i looked through your pictures, they are great. i hope you have such great times with the lense as much as I do... and i guess you do.
So, happy travel to you always.

Antarctica is for me an attractive wild continent. Technology, clothing, equipment, communication and other technologies are now just right to open it up not only for serious travellers and not only for special eco-tourism but for all. It is so HUGE, how can tourism spoil or dirty it? Thanks for your notes in the forums, all more info apreciated. RR
P.S: I got some bases added to the GLOBdatabank and tried to invite (10) permanent antarctic sites there to join this community. The only (1) reply was: " ...we don't want tourists!" : - (
Thanks for you comments about the poles. Each seem pretty expensive, but that's not the deterrent, I suppose I’ve just made up my mind that it’s just lower down on my priorities.
I can never give up hope…. Maybe in the next five years or so.

thanks for reading and rating my Colva report. I look forward to reading about Buenos Aires. This must be a great place, at least that is what people say.

Wow, amazing! I hadn't realised that the photo title appeared at the bottom of the screen. Thanks a lot for telling this.

Saludos
David
