great pictures in this set. have been on several iran pages over the last few weeks, learning a lot and enjoying it. pretty stuff.

and thanks for stopping by my july 4 holiday trip to the hamptons and the ponquogue bridge. a spur of the moment shot from a seafood store parking lot, worked out better than i imagined it could. appreciate your kind comment. n.

hi - and thanks for visiting las vegas with me. the chihuly glass ceiling is just stunning in real life. Reuters, the European news bureau, did a piece on the ten greatest ceilings in the world ( excluding the sistine chapel ) and this was one of the ten. i can believe it.

if you google "reuters ten top ceilings" and scroll down to number 10 - it is the chagall ceiling in the Opera Garnier in Paris. And - if you look at the picture - you will find that it is my picture. i was stunned. the bellagio ceiling was number 2.

please pardon my being so boastful, but i remain astounded that they picked this picture out of nowhere - i never submitted it for consideration. n.
