Hi Clive
I have seen your correspondence with Amanda [Mistybleu.]
The wheel is in exchenge Square near the Urbis Museum and the pubs, often called the Shambles, are Sinclair's Oyster bar and the Wellington Inn. Interesting information about them is contained in http://www.manchesteronline.co.uk/mancunian/expats/s/87/87111_the_great_survivors_.html
Cheers
David

Thank you for your comment. It had about 6 hours but they were from 5:00 to 1:30 (17:00-1:30 because you're British.) There were things to do on the ship so I didn't stay in San Juan the full time.

Clive,
I look forward to reading your gent report, but will do so on Monday as I will be away until then. I'll be seeing my parents. (which is quite afeat as my mother is 95) They have a computer but it is slow.

You are right lose not loose. This is a mistake I have made ever since I studied English. The moment I write the word I hesitate and think. (and usually choose the wrong word). It the same mistake (or perhaps part of the brain doesn't work).
Tis situation; (I am a teacher) sometimes I give a student the wrong name from the very first lesson. The result is that the rest of this student's life in my class this wrong name will always come first. I tell the student that (s)he has two names in my class.
