The greater wine triangle Cape Town - Paarl - Somerset West is the birthplace of South Africa's top wines, amongst the best in the world and award winning. These pictures are scanned from prints, I hope some members will follow and capture this paradise properly and digitally. The interiors of the old buildings are specially dark (hard-wood) and difficult to photograph, the sun often very bright and the landscape dark. Most of the farm have guest rooms were wine tasting is ofered by specially trained personel. The wind and motion generally dominates this place, but that cann't be bad and most possibly has to do with why the wine is so good...
