"Oktoberfest" in Munich is much a local family event too and many visit not with the intention to drink and party in tents but to ride the adrenaline pumping rollercoasters and other games and rides available, to roam the alleys of food and souvenier stalls. This yearly festival started about 200 years ago presenting then; costumed clowns, jugglers, magicians, ball games, wrestling, fashion, pedigreed animals and local food and "broth"! Today technology allows one to experience everthing from being wipped and wet to zero gravity....
