Goreme - Rose Valley's by siffer

Goreme - Turkey, Nev¶ehir An integral part of any Cappadocia visit is "walking a valley". The most accessible is the Rose Valley between Goreme and Cavusin, just 3 km length. The name derives from the pink-tinged rock buried deep in the eroding cliffs which line the valley. Solitude is the keyword - we saw only one other set of hikers in our 35 minute walk thru history.
