Preparing fish for dinner's by terje

Reinli - Norway, Oppland Before the trout can be used in meals, they have to be prepare. I start with removing the shells on each side, then I cut theor belly up and remove the inner organs before I cut the heat and the tail off.

We also have some rainbow trout that have escaped from fish farms.
