It was my First Trip to South/Konkan beyond Mumbai.so I have few tips.
so I have few Tips.I tavelled by Rajdhani from New Delhi and it was pleasent journey.
1)Don't belive Pre Paid Taxi Stands at Rlys. Stations.They are not like Delhi .bargain with Taxi wallahs. 2)I stay at a 3*** hotel called Silver Sand Beach resorts at Colva Beach in Goa.Location was Good but hotel was not.room is Ok for price but there is no room service,no food in restaurent,delayed laundry. Hotels was not even able to arrange a Taxi for me at Night. 3)Travelling at Night is Safe but transportation is not available.better you return to beach near your hotel before 9PM.
Favourite spots:
Colva beach and other beachs. south Goa we don't visit much to North Goa and Ancient Goa,so No Idea.
What's really great:
Hotels,Beach side restaurents
Accommodations:
Hotels are almost empty if you are not going around New year but its always easy to book in advance.
But you know hotels looks good when your travels agents show u pics on website (:
and they are not.
I stay at Silver sanda beach,Colva .that was not too Good
