Some years ago I went to Lloret de Mar with some friends. Lloret is one of the best party places in Europe! It has many bars and clubs, so there's something for everyone. Lloret is near Barcelona so it is easy to make a trip there. The weather in Lloret is always good so excelent for relaxing in the sun. At the beach you can also do a variety of watersports, like riding the banana boat, jet skiing or just swimming.
Favourite spots:
The center of Lloret is great it has many shops, bars and clubs. Most hotels have nice swimming pools so I also spent some time there.
What's really great:
The nice weather, and the nightlife which were really great.
Accommodations:
Lloret has many hotels and appartments, but make sure that you make reservations before you come.
Nightlife:
There are so many great clubs. Colossos is the biggest club and really a great club. St. Trop is like the most popular club there, it is well filled everyday.
Hangouts:
You can find a great variety from English pubs to Dutch ones.
Restaurants:
Lloret has many restaurants with a variety of food, from Spanish food to a Dutch snackbar.
Other recommendations:
The beach is nice but the little rocks, the area is called Costa Brava which means something like rough coast, can sometimes hurt your feet. These rock also get really hot by the sun, that's why we spent most of our time at the pool.
