About 4 Mio. inhabitants and the ritchest city in Mexico. There are still a lot of poor people and tons of kids begging. As flights to the US are cheaper than to Mexico we landed in Houston and took the Greyhound to Monterrey. Itīs still a long busride down to Mexico D.F.

TEC - Technologico de Monterrey A bed Nice park and church Wal Mart (huge - for Germans ;-))
What's really great:
Not very touristic - itīs not much to see there. People are friendly and a bit curious about meeting foreigners.

Some nice and small restaurant downtown where Fidel Castro went to when he stayed in Monterrey with Che. Forgot the name.
