Passo Fundo , the southernmost state of Brazil, is by no means a turistic city. But its array of services and events may get you around the 180.000hab city. Known for its services and medical assistance, Passo Fundo has also a great nightlife. Temperatures vary from -2C during winter all the way up to 35C during summer. The city holds the International Folklore Festival, every even year - an event that unite the city into one - and the National Meeting on Literature, every odd year gathering writers and readers from all accross the world to debate, think and read about this art.

Locals are unbelieveably friendly, people will smile and help you out of the blue if you are not from this place.
Where is Passo Fundo? I live in Europe and do not know much about Brazil, apart of the fact that it is a huge country and tat people speak Portuguese. I would love to visit it one day
