Thanks Alain for taking the trouble to read my Ludlow report and rating it so highly! Incidentally, it’s good to see you back in the land of living again and frequenting the Globo pages!! I do look forward to reading your articles and seeing the pictures of your trips of recent months. I often think of you when writing my articles – particularly when it gets to the pubs section ;-).
Thanks for your comments in my guestbook... I very much intend to make my Machu Picchu dreams a reality. I really want to do what you did, and hike the trail... I have a friend who told me trekking poles are helpful, so I got a pair and am practicing on the trails around here.
If you have any planning tips for me, beyond what you included in your excellent report, please don't hesitate to pass them along to me.

Many thanks for your reading and rating my report on Honolulu...I agree one or two days is enough on the beach! I hope that you have a good trip to China - and that you bring back more reports and pictures!

Thank you for your comment and wonderful review. It is much appreciated, I am sorry that you haven't been able to see the real Warriors yet. Have you read anything about them, the minute I saw them I went and bought yet another book. Thank you once again.
Seems like I'm becoming a regular feature in your guestbook pages, again deservedly patting you on the back! Your excellent report on Aguas Calientes, the Inca Trail and Machu Pichu well deserves "Report of the Month" for April 2004 - Well done, it is a brilliant one and I'm delighted for you.
