Really close to the station, about a five minute walk. Nice comfortable surroundings, where you can also eat. Drinks are fairly reasonable as well. more
Gars Chinese Restaurant
Described a the best chinese restaurant in Brighton, thought the food was good. I have the the set meal for about £24 (I think it was called the Chef's selection) and had about eight different dishes as well as my favourite aromatic duck with pancakes. more
Bona Foodie
I spent the day on Brighton Beach and got a bit hungry, a short distance up the road I found this little deli and for about £4.5 had a slice of Quiche with a lovely salad and lovely pomegranate fruit juice. more
Royal Pavillion
This is such a picturesque palace near the see in brighton. It was built by John Nash (the same designer as Buckingham Palace). This is so unique, based on Indian building, it was the summer home to King George IV. more
Bossa Nostra
This is a Brazilian - Italian restaurant run by a couple, he is Italian, she is Brazilian. There are only six or seven tables and it is very cosy. The owners are really friendly. Food is great and drinks are cold. Fresh juices, like guava, are also delicious.

The restaurant accepts credit cards, and the rainbow label at the door indicates that the place is gay friendly (I think). more
Terra a Terra
If you love vegetarian food then this is the restaurant to dine in; this is the only veggie restuarant that I've come across. The food is great and it's nice to see chefs take a little more time and invention to create veggie dishes. more
La Marinade
A very pleasant restaurant; I can only discrib the food as fusion. The owners are the cook and his wife. It very good value for money. THey even have lobster on the menu which is only £1 more expensive that most of hte other main dishes. more
