Zennor - United Kingdom Our friend said this could be any English pub. Not so. Regretably 'natural fires' are becoming less common an the gas or electricity powered imitations don't give any olfactory or acoustic similarity. There are, of course plenty of real fires left but it's not a high proportion of pubs that have one at each end of the main bar, as the Tinners has. Anyway it was cold outside and this warmth was more than welcome - and the soup was excellent!
