One website warns against walking up because of the danger of being mugged but for me the steep slope was a sufficient advert for the 35 bus from the Parque. The views from this 14th century building over the city, the port and the beaches are wonderful.
Now €1.80 for real humans but only .60 for those of us of 'mature' age.
