We fairly often eat at this place near to Skipton so I have classed it as a restaurant although it would earn a place as a pub and, I feel sure although I've never stayed there, as accommodation.
It can be in the budget range for lunch if you are happy with a soup and roll or a starter - both entirely adequate for those who eat mainly in the evening.
It's located on the A56 from Skipton to Colne, just off the A59.
